Guides Training 2018

Guides Training

Hailing from our 11 properties spread across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, our guides attended the Guides Training Workshop hosted at Somalisa Camp, Hwange National Park.

In order to consistently cultivate knowledge and passion, African Bush Camps host a Guides Training Workshop every year, in which our guides are able to push their boundaries and grow in every aspect of their knowledge and training. This ensures rejuvenation in the field and an invigorated sense of camaraderie amongst the team of guides that we have at African Bush Camps.

This  year we were joined by, Derek Solomon, Sound Engineer at Kuyimba Trading; Shaun McMinn, Photographer; Paul Hubbard, Historical and Geographical Guide; Robin Brown, who delighted guides with a talk on astronomy, as well as a record 40 guides. At African Bush Camps,

Nic Polenakis, Head Guide said this was, without a doubt, the best Guides Training yet!
